Answers before you choose
Does the price include the service?
Yes. It includes platform access and the stated report allowance, with no separate access fee.
Does monthly billing commit me to a full year?
No. You can stop monthly renewal at any time. The annual reference describes the report allowance, not an obligation to make twelve payments.
Are all reports available immediately?
Yes, the full allowance is available immediately, even with monthly billing. The balance does not reset each month; unused reports can be used with an active subscription.
What happens if I use all my reports?
You can buy one of the top-ups above or contact us to move to a higher plan.
What is the difference between Personal and Business?
Personal is for one reporting veterinarian, including mobile practitioners, with one workstation at a time. All Business plans include unlimited reporting veterinarians, shared information and a report allowance for the whole team. Business Basic allows up to 2 workstations connected at the same time; Medium and Unlimited allow up to 3. Contact us if you need more than 3 simultaneous workstation connections.
What does “workstations connected at the same time” mean?
It is the number of workstations that can be connected to dIAgnostify at the same time, including to view the archive. The limit applies to connections to the software, not the total number of reporting veterinarians, and is independent of the number of ultrasound systems.
There are more than three veterinarians in our team. Do we need a custom plan?
No. All Business plans include unlimited reporting veterinarians, who can take turns using the platform. A tailored proposal is needed if you require more than 3 workstations connected at the same time.
What happens to my credits if I cancel my plan?
Your remaining credits do not expire and are retained if you cancel your plan. To use them again, you need to reactivate a plan. Your remaining report credits become available to use when you reactivate. Keep your plan active to continue working without interruption.
How does annual payment work?
You pay upfront for twelve months. The plan renews automatically each year unless you cancel renewal. The stated saving compares the annual price with twelve monthly payments for the same plan.
How do I activate my plan after purchase?
You will receive an email with a link to complete your account setup. Please check your spam folder too. If you cannot find it, contact us and we will help activate your plan.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes, a free 14-day trial is available. To check compatibility with your ultrasound system, contact us with its make and model.
Can I issue reports during the free trial?
Yes. During the free 14-day trial, you can already create and issue reports with dIAgnostify.
Can I automatically import measurements and images from my ultrasound system?
Yes. dIAgnostify can automatically import measurements and images from PDFs generated by compatible ultrasound systems. If your model is new to us, you can send us some sample PDFs containing measurements and images, anonymised and with all owner and patient identifying information removed. We will analyse the files to check compatibility and, where possible, configure automatic import for your ultrasound system.
